About us…

The law firm provides legal assistance to business entities and natural persons engaged in the business activity and for those not involved in it.

Our clients benefit from experience of attorneys working for the firm gained during many years of work in court, in individual law firms or by cooperation with the biggest world and European law firms in Poland and in the USA and by working in-house for the Polish and international firms from various industries.

The firm does not consist of large group of lawyers. It is managed by Maciej Gaca, an attorney who has gained his experience by working in the biggest international law firms in Poland and in the USA, and in firms where he worked in-house, and by Małgorzata Konaszewska-Dorywalska, who has over 20 years of experience, gained first by working as a judge and then as an attorney.

Depending on our clients’ needs we cooperate with specialists - other lawyers or tax advisors, whom we know in person.

We work for firms from the industrial, construction, development and FMCG industries, as well as for the natural persons.

The way we work…

We provide practical solutions taking into account individual conditions and adapted to circumstances related to the cases that are being worked on. Since each case is analyzed individually our clients never get “standard solutions”.

We aim at solving cases quickly, efficiently and effectively - we are not interested in endless struggles.

Because we know the value of money and time or our clients, as well as of our own, we do not search for problems where there are none, nor do we discuss non-existent ones. If we find a real problem or threat, the client will get to know about it immediately. It will also be informed about what kind of problem it is, what it consists of, if there are is a way to solve or limit it, as well as what actions must be taken, how fast, and how much it will cost.

Even though driven by professional solidarity we engage in professional training of our younger colleagues – advocate apprentices, in our law firm they are not contact persons for our clients and they are not entrusted with our clients’ cases without direct supervision of senior and experienced attorney.
