Litigation

We represent our clients in litigation in courts of general jurisdiction of every instance and in the courts of arbitration. We also coordinate international litigations related to our clients’ businesses.

We prepare pre-litigation case analyses, in which we evaluate claims and evidence gathered in context of prospective claims.

We represent clients from construction and development industry in proceedings concerning claims related to failures to perform obligations by investors and contractors, including claims concerning performance or non-performance of works, claims for remuneration or warranties.

We represent corporate entities, shareholders and members of corporate bodies in litigations for damages, revocation of shareholders resolutions or for shareholders’ exclusion. We represent employers and employees in employment-related disputes.

We represent members of the management bodies in cases related to their abuse of power or failure to perform their obligations.
