Maciej Gaca

Maciej Gaca is an attorney with over 12 years of professional experience. He specializes in providing legal service to business entities.

He graduated from The Warsaw University Law School, and The George Washington University Law School in Washington D.C., where he received the degree of Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International and Comparative Law.

Maciej Gaca gained his professional experience by working with the biggest Polish and international law firms in Poland and in the USA, where he worked on corporate and contract law cases and conducted numerous litigation proceedings.

He was actively involved in privatization of many Polish state-owned companies. He was also responsible for preparing legal analyses and reports for the State Treasury. He worked as an expert in a program funded by the European Union, focused on analyzing and formulating privatization perspectives for the small and medium-size Polish companies.

He works for clients from the construction, development, FMCG and IT industries, providing legal service in corporate, contract, as well as competition law.

He also represents clients in legal proceedings in courts of general jurisdiction of every instance and in the courts of arbitration. He supervises and coordinates services provided by foreign lawyers representing the clients in litigations abroad.

He is experienced in conducting proceedings related to execution and performance of contracts in construction and development investments, service, distribution and delivery contracts as well as mergers and acquisitions. He also is experienced in representing clients in litigations related to improper performance or non-performance of contracts.

Małgorzata Konaszewska-Dorywalska

Małorzata Konaszewska-Dorywalska has been working as an attorney for 15 years, advising on civil and family law.

From 1986 to 1994 she worked as a judge in the civil department. From 1994 to 1997 she worked as a legal adviser and as of 1997 she has been working constantly as an attorney (adwokat) being a member of the Warsaw Bar.

She specializes in advising individuals and providing legal representation in litigation at all stages, until final judgment is granted.

• real property issues, including: acquisitive prescription, abolition of joint ownership;
• housing issues, including: leasing, eviction, administrative proceedings before respective administrative agencies and courts;
